Fixed price where the route is known. Paid assessment where it is not.
Starting prices, ex GST. We do not publish a per-user rate for every route, because user count is only one of fifteen things that drive the real cost of a migration.

Payment terms
Below $5,000
100% before scheduling, or 50% deposit and 50% before production cutover on selected projects.
$5,000 – $15,000
50% deposit, 50% before production cutover.
Above $15,000
40% at commencement, 40% after a successful test migration, 20% before or at production acceptance.
How we price
- Third-party migration licences are identified in the quote as included or excluded.
- Rush work carries a premium, but unsafe timelines are refused rather than priced.
- Any new source-to-destination route is approved internally before it is sold at a fixed price.
- Scope change requires a signed variation before extra work begins.
- Complex work uses a paid assessment rather than a speculative quote.
- Work is delivered remotely. On-site attendance is available only in specific circumstances, charged at an hourly rate plus travel.
